• Learning progress — which subjects and topics you've viewed or completed.
• Quiz attempts and results — the questions you've answered, your answers, and your scores.
• Basic app usage related to learning progress — for example, which topic or quiz screen you're using, so the app can show your progress accurately.

You can use KwikLearn to browse subjects and take quizzes without creating an account. In that case, your progress is stored only on your device and is not sent to us.

• Payment or financial information
• Advertising identifiers for ads — KwikLearn does not show ads

• To sign you in and keep your account secure
• To save your learning progress so you can pick up where you left off, including across devices when you're signed in
• To improve the learning experience — for example, understanding which topics need more or better questions
• To provide support when you contact us

We do not sell your data to advertisers or any other third party. We do not run advertising in the app.

We use trusted service providers to operate KwikLearn — specifically Firebase and Google Cloud, for authentication and data storage. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments; they do not use your data for their own purposes.

KwikLearn is an educational app designed for learners preparing for BECE and WASSCE. Where appropriate — particularly for younger learners — we encourage use of the app with guidance from a parent, guardian, or school.

Data sent to and from KwikLearn is transmitted over secure connections (HTTPS) via Firebase services where applicable.

We retain your account and learning-progress data while your account is active, or as needed to provide the service to you. If you no longer want your data retained, see "Account and Data Deletion" below.

You may request deletion of your account and associated learning progress at any time. To request deletion, email [email protected] with the email address associated with your KwikLearn account and a request to delete your account and associated learning progress.
