You may request deletion of your KwikLearn account and associated learning progress at any time. This page explains how to request deletion, what will be deleted, what may remain, and how long it takes.

How to Request Deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line:

KwikLearn Account Deletion Request

In your email, please include:

  • The email address associated with your KwikLearn account, and
  • Confirmation that you want your account and associated learning progress deleted.

What Will Be Deleted

  • Your account record, where applicable
  • Your saved learning progress
  • Quiz attempts and results linked to your account

What May Remain

  • Limited records that we are required to keep for security, fraud prevention, legal, or operational reasons
  • Anonymized or non-identifying analytics, if applicable, which are no longer linked to you personally

Expected Response Time

We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving your request. We will confirm by email once your deletion request has been completed.

Please Read Before Requesting

Deletion may be permanent. Once your account and learning progress are deleted, they may not be recoverable. If you only want to stop using KwikLearn temporarily, you do not need to delete your account — you can simply sign out, or leave your account inactive.
